OVERVIEW

The Americus CS 3000 is a highway terrain, all season tire manufactured for commercial vehicles. The tire was made to be mounted on the vehicle's drive axle.

The tire's tread pattern and all season compound improve its all weather traction. The compound maintains the rubber flexibility throughout the year, including in colder winter weather. The optimized symmetric tread design, with the siping detail, increases the tire's grip on the road surface in dry, wet and winter weather. The model also effectively resists hydroplaning. The circumferential grooves prevent hydroplaning by dispersing water and slush from below the tire's footprint. In this manner, the tire boosts its wet and winter weather performance as well.

The tread design upgrades the tire's overall controllability. The flat footprint and the solid shoulder ribs keep the tire's contact with the road surface at all times.
