Attention! Due to the size of the tires, Packages might be SEPARATED in the courier facility and not be DELIVERED on the SAME DAY, even though we do ship them together. Tracking information can be checked by logging on to the courier website with the master tracking number you will receive via email. For example, you can receive 3 tires in one day and the 4th one the next day or the day after, or one tire in one day and the second one day after. We understand that this is a big inconvenience for our buyers, however, this is ABSOLUTELY out of our control.
Black Bear Mud Terrain
FEATURES AND BENEFITS
- Mud terrain tire
- All weather traction
- Improved damage resistance
- Upgraded durability
OVERVIEW
The Black Bear Mud Terrain is a mud terrain, all season tire manufactured for light trucks.
The tire offers excellent all weather traction. The tread design's large, staggered tread blocks and high void ratio and the all season tire compound combined ensure a secure dry, wet and winter weather terrain gripping capability. These elements increase the year round grip on the road surface, while the compound upgrades the tire's rubber flexibility throughout the year, including in colder temperatures. The tread's shoulder pattern is pinned for studs that can be added to boost the tire's ice and snow traction. In this manner, the tire guarantees a secure driving experience.
The tread design also improves the mud terrain traction. The tread pattern enables the tire's secure off-road performance, especially on soft and loose terrain surfaces. The tread's upper sidewall pattern heightens the tire's side biting edges, which enables the tire's forward motion in deep mud and loose dirt. The staggered tread blocks and high void pattern maintain a clean footprint. They disperse mud and snow and eject rocks stuck between the tread elements. This avoids stone retention from damaging the tire and it prevents the model from being blocked from its contact with the road surface.
The model was designed with a reinforced internal structure. This construction features high-strength steel belts and a three-layer polyester carcass which work together to maintain the tire's optimal shape. The tread's constant terrain surface contact upgrades its load carrying capability and durability. This allows the tire to carry and withstand heavier loads with ease, without the deformation of the tire's shape. The optimized tire shape also improves the tire's controllability. It promotes constant terrain surface contact which boosts the steering responsiveness and driving stability. The increased controllability guarantees a secure driving experience on all off-road terrains.
The Mud Terrain provides great damage resistance. It utilizes the strengthened internal structure, the optimal tread design and the durable tire compound to prevent punctures, cuts and bruises from harming the tire's casing and tread area. The better damage prevention lengthens the tire's service life and usability significantly.
The intended purpose of Mud Terrain tire types is off-road use. They are not designed for regular highway driving.
Manufacturers recommend changing tires every 10 years. As long as tires are properly stored before they are sold, the year of their manufacture will not shorten their service life.
