The Continental HDL2 DL+ is a highway terrain, all season tire made for commercial vehicles. This model is built to be mounted on drive axle positions.

Better dry, wet, and winter grip is guaranteed with this model. The tire’s grip on dry, wet, and winter roads is boosted with better traction. The wide grooves prevent hydroplaning, by dispering water and slush from below the footprint. The tread design is able to grip the driving surface firmly, while the all season compound maintains rubber flexibility in versatile temperatures. These elements improve the year-round traction.

The model boosts its service life and usability. The optimal tread design evenly distributes driving pressure along the tread area. The special silica compound decreases the treadwear rate significantly. This slow and even wear offers a longer-lasting tread life. In other words, these elements resist irregular and premature wear formations, enabling the tire to perform for a longer period.

The Continental HDL2 DL+’s robust structure and the rubber compound increase heavy-duty performance. Load durability is an important feature that the tire structure offers. The strengthened internal structure withstands and carries larger loads with ease. As the tire keeps its optimal shape it can safely handle larger loads. This increases the tire’s better load capacity.

Manufacturers recommend changing tires every 10 years. As long as tires are properly stored before they are sold, the year of their manufacture will not shorten their service life.
