OVERVIEW

The Cosmo CT601 Plus is an off-road all season tire manufactured for commercial trucks. The tire can be placed on all positions for great performance.

The tread pattern enhances the tire's road gripping ability with the rib and lug tread pattern design. The tread design's three zigzag grooves also boost the dry, wet and winter weather traction and ensure a safer driving experience. They eliminate mud and snow from between the tread elements for a maintained road contact and they channel water and slush from below the tire footprint to prevent hydroplaning situations.

The model easily performs in both on and off-road conditions. The tread pattern and tire compound work together to ensure a safer driving experience. The three zigzag sipes enhance the off-road road gripping ability and enhance the tire's performing capability. The self-cleaning nature of the tread ejects rocks stuck between the tread elements, preventing rock retention. The special tread compound is damage resistant which lowers the possibility of cuts, chipping, or tearing and abrasions, making the tire more suited for off-road driving.

The combination of the rib and lug tread pattern prevents irregular wear patterns from forming across the tread area by evenly distributing the driving pressure along the tread surface. The longer lasting, even tread wear extends the tire's usability and tread life. The model's casing is also strengthened which enables the tire to withstand retreading if needed.

The CT601 Plus has excellent handling and controllability both off and on-road, which makes its use very versatile. The steering responsiveness and driving stability are reinforced with the tire's constant road contact thanks to the semi-aggressive tread design. The tire is stabilized against the driving pressure affecting it and it offers a quick and precise steering response to the driver's instructions. As a result, the tire is effortless to control in all weather.

The intended purpose of Mud Terrain tire types is off-road use. They are not designed for regular highway driving.

There might be discrepancies of sizes between brands and models of tires which have this size formatting. As the manufacturers only provide the tire width and the rim diameter with these tires, various brands and models will have size differences. In order to ensure the correct size is purchased, the overall tire diameter that is needed should be checked.

The Overall Diameter or O.D. advertised represents the tire's overall diameter in inches, once the tire has been properly inflated and mounted per the manufacturer's recommendation. This advertised number is provided to Priority Tire by the tire manufacturer.

Manufacturers recommend changing tires every 10 years. As long as tires are properly stored before they are sold, the year of their manufacture will not shorten their service life.
