OVERVIEW

The Double Coin RR680 is a highway terrain, all season tire manufactured for commercial vehicles. It was made to be mounted on all axle positions.

The tire offers a fuel efficient performance. The ribbed tread pattern's constant road contact and excellent traction eases the driving pressure off the tire, which manages to lower its rolling resistance. The rolling resistance is the external pressure affecting the tire which determines the amount of energy the vehicle needs to keep the tires in motion, and reducing it successfully decreases the vehicle's fuel consumption and CO2 emission. In this manner, the tire ensures a fuel and environmentally conscious driving experience.

The model's tread design and durable compound elongate its usability. The wear-resistant tire compound elongates the tread life and the tire's usability by slowing the tread wear rate down. The five-rib tread pattern, on the other hand, elongates the tread life and the tire's usability. The ribs maintain the tire's road contact at all times and ensure even pressure distribution along the tire's surface. The equally circulated force of acceleration, cornering and braking actively avoids uneven tread wear formations. The reduced even tread wear rate elongates the usability and tread life.

The RR680 ensures great all weather traction. The all season tire compound and the symmetric ribbed tread pattern improve the dry, wet and winter weather road gripping capability. The detailed siping pattern of the tread enhances the tire's grip on the road surface throughout the year, while the compound keeps its flexibility in various weather conditions. The wide circumferential grooves avoid hydroplaning by dispersing water and slush from below the tire's footprint. This increases the year round driving safety.

There might be discrepancies of sizes between brands and models of tires which have this size formatting. As the manufacturers only provide the tire width and the rim diameter with these tires, various brands and models will have size differences. In order to ensure the correct size is purchased, the overall tire diameter that is needed should be checked.

The Overall Diameter or O.D. advertised represents the tire's overall diameter in inches, once the tire has been properly inflated and mounted per the manufacturer's recommendation. This advertised number is provided to Priority Tire by the tire manufacturer.

Manufacturers recommend changing tires every 10 years. As long as tires are properly stored before they are sold, the year of their manufacture will not shorten their service life.
