OVERVIEW

The Falken RI120 is a highway terrain, all season tire manufactured for commercial vehicles. This model was made for all axle positions of the vehicle.

The tire promotes exceptional year round traction by combining the tread design and the all season compound. This ensures the tire's usability in dry, wet, and winter weather conditions. The rib-edge sipes and zigzag grooves walls provide additional biting edges which firmly grip the road surface at all times. Stronger compound elements help to keep the tire pliable in versatile temperatures, from the heat of summer to colder winter conditions. Circumferential grooves prevent hydroplaning in wet conditions, as water and slush are dispersed from between the tread elements.

Better controllability is also guaranteed. The ribbed tread design maintains the surface contact at all times, which boosts the steering responsiveness and driving stability throughout the performance. As a result, the tire offers a quick and precise steering response to the driver's commands. It also effectively secures the structural stability against the driving pressure. The stronger structure increases the load capacity as well, since the tire does not deform under the load and driving pressure. This greatly improves the model's overall load capacity.

The Falken RI120 improves the length of its usability. The solid ribbed tread design ensures the tire's consistent surface contact. This manages to evenly circulate the driving pressure across the tread area, actively avoiding irregular wear formations. There might be discrepancies of sizes between brands and models of tires which have this size formatting. As the manufacturers only provide the tire width and the rim diameter with these tires, various brands and models will have size differences. In order to ensure the correct size is purchased, the overall tire diameter that is needed should be checked.

The Overall Diameter or O.D. advertised represents the tire's overall diameter in inches, once the tire has been properly inflated and mounted per the manufacturer's recommendation. This advertised number is provided to Priority Tire by the tire manufacturer.

Manufacturers recommend changing tires every 10 years. As long as tires are properly stored before they are sold, the year of their manufacture will not shorten their service life.
