OVERVIEW

The Falken Wildpeak R/T 01 is an rugged terrain, all season tire made for light trucks. Falken offers a 50,000 mile treadwear warranty with this model.

The aggressive tread design and the strong rubber compound improve the tire's performance on rugged terrain surfaces. The large tread elements firmly grip the surface with extra biting edges and maintain forward motion at all times. These elements increase the tire's traction on rocky and uneven terrains. At the same time, the self-cleaning nature of the tread effectively eliminates mud, snow, and rocks stuck between the tread elements, for better contact with driving surfaces. The model also resists stone retention from harming the tire's casing during its off-road performance.

The model increases its controllability. The aggressive tread pattern and the strong rubber compound maintain surface contact at all times, for better steering responsiveness and driving stability. The steering response time is quicker and more precise to the driver's instructions, while the structure is secured against driving pressure. On the other hand, wide shoulder blocks and their continuous contact with the driving surface boost cornering and maneuvering. These elements enable the driver to have full control over the vehicle and promote a safe driving experience.

The strong structure and the special silica compound work together to upgrade the tire's load and driving durability. In this manner, the reinforced internal structure maintains the optimal tire shape under load and driving pressure. Manufacturers recommend changing tires every 10 years. As long as tires are properly stored before they are sold, the year of their manufacture will not shorten their service life.
