Attention! Due to the size of the tires, Packages might be SEPARATED in the courier facility and not be DELIVERED on the SAME DAY, even though we do ship them together. Tracking information can be checked by logging on to the courier website with the master tracking number you will receive via email. For example, you can receive 3 tires in one day and the 4th one the next day or the day after, or one tire in one day and the second one day after. We understand that this is a big inconvenience for our buyers, however, this is ABSOLUTELY out of our control.
Firestone Transforce H/T2
FEATURES AND BENEFITS
- All weather traction
- Enhanced controllability
- Upgraded durability
- Longer lasting tread life
OVERVIEW
The Firestone Transforce H/T2 is a highway terrain, all season tire manufactured for light trucks.
The tire ensures first-rate all season traction. The tread pattern and the all season tire compound improve the dry, wet and winter weather grip. In other words, the symmetric tread design improves the grip the tire has on the road surface, while the tread compound keeps the rubber flexibility throughout the year, even in colder temperatures. The circumferential grooves help prevent hydroplaning by dispersing water and slush from below the tire's footprint. The better traction and hydroplaning resistance work together to boost the year round driving safety.
The symmetric tread design's flat footprint helps increase the model's controllability. The tread's continuous center rib and stabilized shoulder tread blocks maintain the tire's road contact at all times, which enhances the steering responsiveness and the driving stability. The steering becomes faster and more precise in its response to the driver's instructions, while the structure is stabilized against the pressure affecting the tire. The stabilized shoulder tread blocks heighten the number of biting edges gripping the road surface during cornering. This significantly upgrades the cornering and maneuvering capability. The boosted controllability enables the driver to confidently maneuver the vehicle throughout the year.
The model features a reinforced internal structure. This optimized construction strength maintains the tire's optimal shape under the driving and load pressure affecting the model. The structure does not allow the tire's shape to deform under the stress, which improves its load and driving stability. In this manner, the tire is able to carry and withstand heavy loads with ease, while also improving the model's driving safety. The enhanced durability ensures a secure driving experience.
The Transforce H/T2 promotes a lengthened tread life. The optimal tread profile and the tread's full depth siping detail work together to extend the tire's usability. The tread's optimized profile maintains the tire's road contact, which enables the tire to evenly distribute the driving pressure along the tread area. The equally spread out forces of acceleration, cornering and braking avoids irregular tread wear formations, offering a longer lasting tread life and usability. The tread's full depth siping detail keeps the tire's traction even as the tread wears out. The lengthened road grip greatly improves the tire's service life.
Manufacturers recommend changing tires every 10 years. As long as tires are properly stored before they are sold, the year of their manufacture will not shorten their service life.
