OVERVIEW
The Goodyear EfficientGrip SUV is a performance, summer tire manufactured for SUVs and passenger vehicles.
The model offers excellent summer weather traction and road gripping ability. The silica-based tire compound and the high grip tread pattern ensure superb wet and dry weather traction. The wide circumferential grooves actively resist hydroplaning situations by eliminating water and slush from below the tire footprint. The tire is not recommended for use in winter conditions as the tire compound does not retain its flexibility in colder temperatures.
The tire's lightweight construction and the advanced silica-based rubber compound are provided by the FuelSaving Technology that manages to lower the rolling resistance. This is the pressure affecting the tire that determines how much energy the vehicle needs to maintain the tire's motion. The decreased rolling resistance succeeds in reducing the vehicle's fuel consumption and CO2 emissions. The lower tire weight also eases the driving pressure off the tread area, which lengthens the tread life. This, along with the guaranteed even tread wear, extends the tire's usability greatly. The result is a long lasting tire that is fuel efficient and environmentally friendly.
The model is easily controlled in all summer conditions. The lowered overall tire weight and the optimized tread design that maintains the tire structure's stiffness around bends boosts the steering responsiveness and driving stability. The steering becomes quick and precise to the driver's commands, while the tire is stabilized against the driving pressure to ensure a safer driving experience. The tire also provides an excellent braking ability. Different tread elements ensure the dry and wet weather braking ability. The special braking resins in the tread area increase the grip in wet weather, while the tread design's 3D shoulder blades ensure a shortened braking distance in dry conditions. If an order is placed before 1 pm EST on a business day we ship the order the same day.
If it is placed after 1 pm EST or over the weekend, we will ship the order out the following business day. Depending where you are located in the 48 contiguous states, our shipping courier will take approximately 1-6 business days to deliver the tires to you from any of our four main warehouses located in Pennsylvania, Texas, and Florida and/or our smaller warehouses which are located across the country.
Due to the nature of shipping, packages may be separated at the shipping courier's facility and not delivered on the same day, even though shipped together. You'll receive a master tracking number via email to check on the courier's website for updates. For instance, you may receive 3 tires on one day and the 4th on the following day, or one tire one day and another the day after. We understand this may be inconvenient at times but it's beyond our control.
