OVERVIEW

The Goodyear Integrity is a touring, all season tire manufactured for passenger vehicles and SUVs. Goodyear offers a 50,000 mile treadwear warranty with this model.

The tire has great all weather traction and it grips the road well in dry, wet and winter weather thanks to the tread pattern and the tire compound. The special compound used in the tire's manufacture features an adhesive compound that provides its high gripping ability. The tread design's wide circumferential grooves avoid dangerous hydroplaning by eliminating water from below the tire footprint. In this manner, the tire is safer to use year round.

The tread design's center rib is responsible for the longer lasting tread life and the reduced road noise levels heard in the vehicle's cabin. The center rib evenly distributes the driving forces across the tread area, which prevents irregular wear patterns from forming. The constant, even tread increases the tire's tread life significantly. The equal spreading of the driving forces also decreases the road noise generated. This allows the tread to channel the airwaves though the tire's footprint without letting them come into contact with the tread elements. The result is a more comfortable and quiet driving experience.

The model's reinforces high tensile steel belt internal structure improves its reliability and toughness. Thanks to this enhancement, it maintains its ideal tire shape under the driving pressure. As the tire does not deform under the forces affecting it, it is capable of quickly and precisely responding to the driving instructions and it provides extra safety.

Some sizes of the Integrity come with reduced rolling resistance, which is ensured by the lowered overall tire weight. Manufacturers recommend changing tires every 10 years. As long as tires are properly stored before they are sold, the year of their manufacture will not shorten their service life.
