The Hankook Kinergy Eco (*) is a touring, summer tire manufactured for passenger vehicles. This model is the original equipment tire of select BMW vehicles.

The tire promotes great summer weather traction. It combines the tread design and the summer compound to improve the dry and wet weather grip on the road surface. The asymmetric tread design, with the optimal siping and rib pattern, boosts the number of biting edges gripping the road, while the summer compound prevents heat build-up along the tread area during the hot temperature performance. The tread's circumferential grooves manage to disperse water from the footprint, actively resisting hydroplaning in the process.

The tread design features two continuous center ribs, which keeps the model's surface contact throughout its performance. This significantly boosts the steering responsiveness and driving stability.
