The Hercules H/P 4000 is a touring, all season tire made for passenger vehicles and SUVs. Hercules offers a 50,000 mile treadwear warranty with this model.

The tire increases its year-round performance. It combines the detailed ribbed footprint with the all season compound used to mold it to enable its dry, wet, and winter weather application. This helps to ensure its consistent traction throughout the year. In other words, the sipe and lateral groove pattern create extra biting edges, firmly gripping the road surface. The compound keeps the tire's pliability in summer and winter conditions. Circumferential grooves disperse water and slush from the footprint, effectively avoiding hydroplaning in wet conditions.

Guaranteed road contact upgrades the model's controllability. As a result, the ribbed pattern helps to boost steering responsiveness and driving stability.
