OVERVIEW
The Ironhead ITR231 is a highway terrain, all season tire manufactured for commercial vehicles. This model is made to be mounted on the trailer axle.
The tire improves all weather traction. The tread design and the special compound upgrade the dry, wet, and winter weather grip. The special tread design maintains the road surface contact, while the special compound keeps the rubber flexible in versatile temperatures. The wide grooves prevent hydroplaning by channeling water and slush from the footprint. The tread design is also capable of dispersing stones and rocks from the tread elements, which reduces stone damage.
The constant road contact allows the tire to enhance the load and driving durability. The strong compound and the strengthened internal structure keep the ideal tire shape under load and driving pressure. As the tire does not deform under pressure, its capacity to greatly upgrade the load carry and withstand ability. The durable compound and the contoured shoulder also reduce scrub wear, which boosts the tire's service life.
The Ironhead ITR231 also promote increased contollability. The special ribbed tread design closely follows the road surface contact in order to improve steering responsiveness and driving stability. If an order is placed before 1 pm EST on a business day we ship the order the same day.
If it is placed after 1 pm EST or over the weekend, we will ship the order out the following business day. Depending where you are located in the 48 contiguous states, our shipping courier will take approximately 1-6 business days to deliver the tires to you from any of our four main warehouses located in Pennsylvania, Texas, and Florida and/or our smaller warehouses which are located across the country.
Due to the nature of shipping, packages may be separated at the shipping courier's facility and not delivered on the same day, even though shipped together. You'll receive a master tracking number via email to check on the courier's website for updates. For instance, you may receive 3 tires on one day and the 4th on the following day, or one tire one day and another the day after. We understand this may be inconvenient at times but it's beyond our control.
