OVERVIEW

The Ironman Gen 2 I-48T is a highway terrain, all season tire made for trailers. This tire is NOT MEANT TO BE MOUNTED ON LIGHT TRUCKS, as its construction will not support the weight and performing style of such vehicles. It can ONLY BE MOUNTED ON TRAILERS.

Better dry, wet, and winter grip is guaranteed with this model. The ideal tread design and the all season compound increase the tire's traction in dry, wet, and winter-weather conditions. In other words, the ideal tread pattern generates biting edges to increase road grip, while the silica compound keeps the rubber flexible in changing temperatures. At the same time, circumferential grooves effectively eliminate water and slush from the footprint. They resist hydroplaning and ensure the tire's safe performance, even on wet roads.

The flat footprint, with the ideal tread pattern, improves controllability. The ribbed tread design maintains surface contact at all times. In other words, it upgrades steering responsiveness and towing stability. Quick and precise steering responses are guaranteed, while the structure is stabilized. In other words, it makes sure the trailer is constantly under the towing vehicle's control. It also effectively combats trailer swaying throughout the tire's performance.
