OVERVIEW

The Kelly ArmorSteel LHT is a highway terrain, all season tire manufactured for commercial vehicles. This model was made for the vehicle's trailer axle.

The tire improves the overall controllability by utilizing the tread design. The symmetric ribbed tread pattern and the tread's maximized surface area ensure a constant and close surface contact while the tires are in motion. In this manner, the tire is able to upgrade the steering responsiveness and the driving stability. The better road contact ensures the tire's steering response time and accuracy, precisely following the towing vehicle's instructions. It also secures the structural stability throughout the performance, further boosting the driving security. As a result, the tire ensures the towing vehicle's better control over the trailer during the drive.

The model also features a reinforced internal structure. This construction manages to maintain the ideal tire shape under the load and driving pressure. As the tire does not deform under such pressures, the model is capable of handling and carrying heavier loads with ease. This significantly improves the tires overall load capacity. The strengthened internal structure also allows the tire to optimize its performing safety, as it ensures the tire's maintained surface contact.

There might be discrepancies of sizes between brands and models of tires which have this size formatting. As the manufacturers only provide the tire width and the rim diameter with these tires, various brands and models will have size differences. In order to ensure the correct size is purchased, the overall tire diameter that is needed should be checked.

The Overall Diameter or O.D. advertised represents the tire's overall diameter in inches, once the tire has been properly inflated and mounted per the manufacturer's recommendation. This advertised number is provided to Priority Tire by the tire manufacturer.

Manufacturers recommend changing tires every 10 years. As long as tires are properly stored before they are sold, the year of their manufacture will not shorten their service life.
