OVERVIEW

The Kumho KLD02 is a highway terrain, all season tire manufactured for commercial vehicles. It was made to be mounted on the vehicle's drive axle.

The tire promotes great all weather traction. The symmetric tread pattern and the all season tire compound work together to improve the dry, wet and winter weather road gripping capability. The compound maintains the tire's rubber flexibility throughout the year, including in colder temperatures. The tread's optimal pattern improves the grip the tire has on the road surface, as the siping pattern heightens the number of biting edges. The circumferential grooves prevent hydroplaning by enhancing the water and slush dispersing ability. The better year round traction ensures a secure driving experience.

The model features a strengthened internal construction. The reinforced construction improves the tire's load capacity. It maintains the optimal tire shape under the driving and load pressure affecting the model. The better durability prevents the shape's deformation during the drive. This enables the tire to carry and withstand heavy loads with ease. The stronger load durability allows the tire to securely perform in various weather conditions.

The KLD02 offers an elongated usability. The symmetric tread's stabilized tread blocks and solid shoulder ribs maintain the tire's road contact at all times. This enables the tire to evenly distribute the forces of acceleration, cornering and braking along the tread area. The equally spread out driving and load pressure actively resists the formation of irregular tread wear. Manufacturers recommend changing tires every 10 years. As long as tires are properly stored before they are sold, the year of their manufacture will not shorten their service life.
