OVERVIEW

The Kumho KMD41 is a highway terrain, all season tire made for commercial vehicles. This tire is built to be mounted on drive axle positions.

Excellent year-round traction is provided with this tire. The ideal tread design and the all season compound increase the tire’s traction in dry, wet, and winter-weather conditions. In other words, the ideal tread pattern generates biting edges to increase road grip, while the silica compound keeps the rubber flexible in changing temperatures. At the same time, circumferential grooves effectively eliminate water and slush from the footprint. They resist hydroplaning and ensure the tire’s safe performance, even on wet roads.

The robust structure and the rubber compound increase the tire’s heavy-duty performance. The robust structural elements enable the tire to effectively upgrade its overall load-handling power. They make sure the tire does not deform under load and driving pressure. Since the tire maintains its ideal shape, it is able to upgrade the tire’s load capacity. This improved load durability is perfectly designed for heavy-duty applications.

The Kumho KMD41 guarantees lengthened usability. Uneven and premature wear are prevented. The stronger compound and the stable tread help combat such wear patterns. In other words, the tread’s even pressure circulation resists irregular wear, while the compound reduces the treadwear rate as well. These improvements significantly increase the tire’s overall service life.

There might be discrepancies of sizes between brands and models of tires which have this size formatting. As the manufacturers only provide the tire width and the rim diameter with these tires, various brands and models will have size differences. In order to ensure the correct size is purchased, the overall tire diameter that is needed should be checked.

The Overall Diameter or O.D. advertised represents the tire's overall diameter in inches, once the tire has been properly inflated and mounted per the manufacturer's recommendation. This advertised number is provided to Priority Tire by the tire manufacturer.

Manufacturers recommend changing tires every 10 years. As long as tires are properly stored before they are sold, the year of their manufacture will not shorten their service life.
