OVERVIEW

The Kumho KRS02e is a highway terrain, all season tire manufactured for commercial vehicles. It was made to be mounted on either the steer or all axle positions.

The tire promotes great controllability in various weather conditions. The symmetric ribbed pattern maintains the road surface contact at all times throughout the tire's performance. In this manner, the tire is able to upgrade its steering responsiveness and driving stability. The tire's steering becomes faster and more precise in its response to the driver's commands, while the structure is stabilized against the driving pressure affecting the model. This guarantees the tire's special year round driving safety.

The reinforced internal construction upgrades the model's durability greatly. The strengthened structure enhances the load and driving durability by maintaining the ideal tire shape under the pressure affecting the model. The tread's even pressure distribution also helps in improving the heavy load durability, as the pressure is not concentrated on one area of the tread. This enables the tire to increase the load handling ability and it allows the model to easily carry and withstand heavy loads during its performance. In this manner, the tire provides a secure heavy load performance.

The KRS02e offers a lengthened usability. The tread design's five-rib symmetric pattern and the durable compound work together to extend the tread life. The five-rib pattern allows the tire's close road contact at all times to ensure even wear formations along the tread area. The equally spread out forces of acceleration, cornering and braking actively avoids irregular wear on the tire's surface. On the other hand, the wear-resistant compound slows the tread wear rate down, extending the usability by providing a longer lasting tread life.

Manufacturers recommend changing tires every 10 years. As long as tires are properly stored before they are sold, the year of their manufacture will not shorten their service life.
