OVERVIEW

The Mickey Thompson Pro Bracket Radial is a high performance, summer tire manufactured for racing vehicles.

This tire guarantees excellent high-heat dry weather traction. It combines the summer compound and the slick tread pattern to enhance the dry weather traction on the racetrack. The compound keeps the rubber flexible and prevents heat build-up during the drive, while the tread's rubber-to-road ratio is ideal for a stronger dry traction. This tire should not be used in wet weather conditions.

The model's slick tread pattern upgrades the controllability. As the tread design features no detail, it manages to maintain the surface contact at all times, which helps improve the steering responsiveness. The better road contact ensures the tire's consistent performing capability, while guaranteeing the driver's control over the vehicle during its high speed performance.

The tire enhances the high speed durability. The durable heat resistant compound and the slick pattern work together to minimize the pressure affecting the tire during its performance. As a result, the tire greatly lowers its overall rolling resistance. The reduced rolling resistance enables the tire to securely perform at its best high speed capability by easing the pressure off the tire. This allows the tire to be quicker than most of its bias ply counterparts.

The Pro Bracket Radial is a tubeless model. It does not require an inner tube to properly function.

Manufacturers recommend changing tires every 10 years. As long as tires are properly stored before they are sold, the year of their manufacture will not shorten their service life.
