Tracking information can be checked by logging on to the courier website with the master tracking number you will receive via email. For example, you can receive 3 tires in one day and the 4th one the next day or the day after, or one tire in one day and the second one day after. - This item can ONLY be delivered to addresses within COMMERCIAL or INDUSTRIAL zones and areas.
- This Item can NOT be delivered to Residential zones, areas, and addresses.
- Businesses operating out of homes are considered Residential.
- Farms, remote/rural addresses, and certain Commercial addresses are considered difficult to access for an LTL-Freight vehicle and may not be covered by our Free Shipping.
- A valid business name needs to be provided alongside the valid Commercial address a valid Commercial address with a Loading Dock and Crew.
- A liftgate to help unload the Item can be included for FREE with the LTL-Freight vehicle for delivery.
- Orders requiring LTL-Freight shipping will be shipped out within 3 business days after a valid address has been provided and verified.
- Changes (address corrections, cancellations etc.) after an order has been shipped are NOT available and the Customer will incur any associated costs for forced changes.

OVERVIEW
The Neoterra CD301 is a highway terrain, all season tire manufactured for commercial vehicles. The model is made to be mounted on drive axles.
The special tread design and the all season compound offer great year-round performance. The tread design firmly grips the road surface in dry, wet, and winter conditions. The all season compound maintains rubber flexible in summer and winter temperatures. Wide grooves disperse water and slush from below the footprint and prevent hydroplaning in the process. This model guarantees the tire's safe performance throughout the year.
The tread design and its close road contact significantly boost steering responsiveness and driving stability. The steering response is quicker and more precise to the driver's commands, while the structure is secured against driving pressure affecting the model. The ribbed tread design, with the optimized siping detail, also upgrades cornering and maneuvering. This model promotes excellent controllability all the time.
The tire lengthens its service life and usability. The tread design and the rubber compound prevent irregular and premature wear formations along the tread area. The tread design evenly distributes driving pressure across the tread, while the rubber compound slows the treadwear rate down significantly. These elements enable the model to lengthen its tread life for longer periods of time.
The Neoterra CD301 upgrades load and driving durability. The reinforced internal structure and rubber compound improve the tire's performance. The internal structure does not allow the tire to deform under load and driving pressure. As the tire keeps its ideal tire shape while handling heavy loads, it is able to carry and withstand large loads without issues. This significantly improves the overall load capacity.
Manufacturers recommend changing tires every 10 years. As long as tires are properly stored before they are sold, the year of their manufacture will not shorten their service life.

If an order is placed before 1 pm EST on a business day we ship the order the same day.
If it is placed after 1 pm EST or over the weekend, we will ship the order out the following business day. Depending where you are located in the 48 contiguous states, our shipping courier will take approximately 1-6 business days to deliver the tires to you from any of our four main warehouses located in Pennsylvania, Texas, and Florida and/or our smaller warehouses which are located across the country.
Due to the nature of shipping, packages may be separated at the shipping courier's facility and not delivered on the same day, even though shipped together. You'll receive a master tracking number via email to check on the courier's website for updates. For instance, you may receive 3 tires on one day and the 4th on the following day, or one tire one day and another the day after. We understand this may be inconvenient at times but it's beyond our control.
