OVERVIEW

The Roadmaster RM230 HH is a highway terrain, all season tire manufactured for commercial vehicles. It was made to be mounted on the vehicle in all axle positions.

The tire promotes a lengthened tread life. The tread design and the tire compound work together to boost the tire's usability. The durable compound is wear-resistant and it prevents cuts and chipping from shortening the tread life. It slows the tread wear rate down and guarantees a longer lasting tread life. The tread's symmetric pattern, on the other hand, prevents irregular tread wear. It manages to evenly distribute the driving pressure along the tread area which avoids uneven wear. The slower even tread wear extends the model's service life and usability.

The tread pattern and the stronger construction helps prevent damage from harming the tire's casing. The tire's grooves feature stone ejecting knobs that eliminate rocks stuck between the tread elements. This avoids stone retention from drilling into the casing and damaging the tire. The special curb bar sidewall depth indicators not only visually portray when the tires need to be rotated, to achieve the maximum tread life, but they also manage to protect the sidewalls from scuffing and impact damage. The strengthened internal structure keeps the tire's optimal shape under the driving and load pressure affecting the model, which enables a secure driving experience.

The RM230 HH provides first-rate all weather traction. The tire combines its symmetric tread design and all season compound to enhance the dry, wet and winter weather traction. The durable compound maintains the tire's flexible traction throughout the year, including in colder winter weather. The tread elements offer a firm and consistent grip on the road surface, which ensures the tire's performing capability all year. The three circumferential grooves prevent hydroplaning by dispersing water and slush from below the tire's footprint. The better hydroplaning resistance and all weather traction guarantee a safer year round performance.

There might be discrepancies of sizes between brands and models of tires which have this size formatting. As the manufacturers only provide the tire width and the rim diameter with these tires, various brands and models will have size differences. In order to ensure the correct size is purchased, the overall tire diameter that is needed should be checked.

The Overall Diameter or O.D. advertised represents the tire's overall diameter in inches, once the tire has been properly inflated and mounted per the manufacturer's recommendation. This advertised number is provided to Priority Tire by the tire manufacturer.

Manufacturers recommend changing tires every 10 years. As long as tires are properly stored before they are sold, the year of their manufacture will not shorten their service life.
