OVERVIEW

The Samson GL283A is a highway terrain, all season tire manufactured for commercial vehicles. This model can be mounted on all axle positions of the vehicle.

The tire promotes great all weather traction. The all season tire compound and the symmetric tread pattern combined boost the dry, wet and winter weather gripping ability. The special durable compound prevents weather damage from shortening the tire's service life and maintains the tire's flexibility in all weather conditions, including in winter weather temperatures. The tread elements, with the siping detail, upgrades the firm gripping capability. The wide circumferential grooves prevent hydroplaning by eliminating water and slush from below the tire's footprint. The enhanced hydroplaning resistance and excellent all weather traction promotes a secure driving experience.

The model ensures a lengthened tread life. The durable tire compound and symmetric tread design work together to increase the length of the tread and service life. The special compound slows the tread wear rate down as it is wear-resistant. The symmetric tread design manages to evenly distribute the driving pressure along the tread area. The equally spread out forces of acceleration, cornering and braking avoids the formation of irregular tread wear across the tire's surface.
