OVERVIEW
The Summit Ultramax HP A/S is a high performance, all season tire manufactured for passenger vehicles. Summit offers a 50,000 mile treadwear warranty with this model.
This tire promotes excellent all season traction. It combines the silica-based compound with a detailed directional pattern to enhance the tire's dry, wet, and winter weather performance. The sipe and groove placement generates a higher number of biting edges located across the tread area, while the silica elements of the rubber compound maintain their flexibility. This keeps the tire pliable in changing temperatures. Additionally, the circumferential grooves improve the hydroplaning resistance as they channel water and slush from the footprint.
The solid center rib and the stable footprint ensure the tire's constant road contact. This effectively boosts steering responsiveness and driving stability at all times. The consistent surface contact provides faster and more precise steering responses and it also secures the tire's structure against driving pressure. Furthermore, the better stability and ideal structure optimize the tire's high speed durability. They keep the tire's shape, significantly improving its performance.
The silica compound and ideal footprint stability help to enhance the tire's usability. The tread design's surface contact manages to evenly distribute driving pressure along the footprint. If it is placed after 1 pm EST or over the weekend, we will ship the order out the following business day. Depending where you are located in the 48 contiguous states, our shipping courier will take approximately 1-6 business days to deliver the tires to you from any of our four main warehouses located in Pennsylvania, Texas, and Florida and/or our smaller warehouses which are located across the country.
Due to the nature of shipping, packages may be separated at the shipping courier's facility and not delivered on the same day, even though shipped together. You'll receive a master tracking number via email to check on the courier's website for updates. For instance, you may receive 3 tires on one day and the 4th on the following day, or one tire one day and another the day after. We understand this may be inconvenient at times but it's beyond our control.
