OVERVIEW

The TBB KTX747 is a highway terrain, all season tire manufactured for commercial vehicles. This model was made to be used on the vehicle in all axle positions.

The symmetric ribbed tread design and the tire's ideal footprint work together to maintain the surface contact during the performance. This enables the tire to boost the steering responsiveness and the driving stability. In other words, the tire is quicker and more precise in its response to the driver's commands, while the structure is secured against the driving pressure affecting the tire. The better road contact allows the tire to enhance the driver's better control over the vehicle, no matter which axle the tire is mounted on.

The better traction and the ideal tread design work together to ease the driving pressure off the tire. This allows the tire to greatly decrease the rolling resistance while the tires are in motion. The rolling resistance is the pressure affecting the tire which determines the vehicle's fuel intake needed to keep the tires in motion. Lowering the rolling resistance reduces the vehicle's fuel consumption and CO2 emissions, promoting a fuel efficient and environmentally friendly driving experience.

The KTX747 boosts the length of the usability. The deeper tread and the ribbed tread pattern manage to evenly distribute the driving pressure across the tread area. Manufacturers recommend changing tires every 10 years. As long as tires are properly stored before they are sold, the year of their manufacture will not shorten their service life.
