OVERVIEW

The Technic Tiger is a touring, summer tire made for motorcycles.

The ideal tread design and the summer compound improve the tire's summer traction. In this manner, the symmetric tread pattern maintains road contact at all times, while the summer compound prevents heat build-up along the tread area in warmer temperatures. As a result, these elements upgrade the tire's dry and wet traction. At the same time, the special grooves and the siping detail help the tire resist hydroplaning. They eliminate water from the footprint in wet-weather conditions to achieve this.

The model promotes excellent controllability. The ideal tread design maintains road contact, which improves steering responsiveness and driving stability. In other words, the steering response time becomes quicker and more precise to the driver's commands, while the structure is secured against driving pressure. On the other hand, the rounded shoulder and its strong grip on the road boost cornering and maneuvering.

The Technic Tiger enhances its driving durability. The strengthened structure and the special silica compound enable the tire to safely perform at high speeds. In other words, this internal structure keeps the ideal tire shape under the driving pressure affecting it. The special rubber compound resists heat accumulation on the tread area during the high speed performance.

This specific tire model features a BIASED ply construction.

This is a Tubed Type Tire (TT), which requires an inner tube to properly function. This purchase does not include the inner tube or flaps.

Manufacturers recommend changing tires every 10 years. As long as tires are properly stored before they are sold, the year of their manufacture will not shorten their service life.
