OVERVIEW

The Thunderer RD431 is a highway terrain, all season tire manufactured for commercial vehicles. This model was made for the vehicle's drive axle.

The tire improves the tread life length. The stronger compound elements and the stabilized tread elements enhance the usability. The durable rubber materials reduce the treadwear rate with the wear-resistant compound elements. The symmetric ribbed pattern's even pressure distribution avoids irregular wear formations across the tread area. The slower and even wear manner significantly enhances the service life.

The stronger internal structure allows the tire to upgrade its load and driving durability. As the tire does not deform under the load and driving pressure, thanks to the reinforced construction. In this manner, the model is able to securely carry and withstand heavy loads pressure, optimizing the overall load capacity. The stronger construction and the maintained surface contact boost the steering responsiveness and the driving stability. In this manner, the tire has a quicker and more precise response to the steering axle's instructions, while the structure is secured against the driving pressure. This further upgrades the overall controllability.

The RD431 enhances the fuel efficiency as well. The heat-resistant performance decreases the vehicle's rolling resistance while the tires are in motion. This eases the pressure off the tire, minimizing the pressure affecting the tire and reducing the rolling resistance, which is the pressure affecting the tire determining the vehicle's needed fuel intake levels. Lowering the rolling resistance allows the tire to reduce the vehicle's fuel consumption and CO2 emission levels. This results in a fuel conscious driving experience.

There might be discrepancies of sizes between brands and models of tires which have this size formatting. As the manufacturers only provide the tire width and the rim diameter with these tires, various brands and models will have size differences. In order to ensure the correct size is purchased, the overall tire diameter that is needed should be checked.

The Overall Diameter or O.D. advertised represents the tire's overall diameter in inches, once the tire has been properly inflated and mounted per the manufacturer's recommendation. This advertised number is provided to Priority Tire by the tire manufacturer.

Manufacturers recommend changing tires every 10 years. As long as tires are properly stored before they are sold, the year of their manufacture will not shorten their service life.
