OVERVIEW

The Travelstar TD866 is a highway terrain, all season tire manufactured for commercial vehicles. This model was designed for the vehicle's drive axle.

The tire offers better year-round traction. It combines its durable compound and stable tread elements in order to increase its dry, wet, and winter grip. The ideal block pattern and the center tread elements create traction when necessary, upgrading the tire's overall performance. The compound manages to keep its flexibility throughout the year, ensuring its summer and winter grip. The tire features lateral shoulder grooves, which disperse water and slush from the footprint. They combat hydroplaning in wet conditions.

The tread design's continuous and stable center ribs increase surface contact throughout the performance. This allows the tire to ensure even pressure circulation across the tread area. As the footprint resists pressure accumulation, it is able to effectively avoid irregular wear. On the other hand, the stronger compound also decreases the treadwear rate by using wear-resistant rubber materials. Slow and even wear greatly upgrade the tire's overall service life.

The Travelstar TD866 provides better load durability. The reinforced internal structure maintains the ideal tire shape under load and driving pressure. In this manner, the tire is able to upgrade its overall load capacity, optimizing its overall driving safety levels.
