OVERVIEW

The Vitour VD88 is a highway terrain, all season tire manufactured for commercial vehicles. This model was created for the vehicle's drive axle.

The tire enables its year-round performance. The all season compound and the angled tread block placement increase the tire's dry, wet, and winter weather grip. Stronger rubber materials keep their flexibility throughout the year, increasing its summer and winter weather applications. Footprint stability is ensured with the tread blocks and solid ribs, which enhance surface grip with extra biting edges. Circumferential grooves channel water and slush from the footprint, preventing hydroplaning in wet conditions.

The tread design and durable compound significantly improve the tire's service life. The stable footprint manages to evenly circulate driving pressure across the tread area. This effectively prevents irregular wear. On the other hand, the wear-resistant compound protects the tire against premature wear, thanks to the reinforced compound. The model enables the tire to guarantee slow and even wear, significantly enhancing the tire's overall tread life.

The Vitour VD88 improves its heavy-duty performance. The reinforced internal structure does not deform under load and driving pressure. As the tire maintains its ideal shape, it is able to safely enhance its overall load capacity.

There might be discrepancies of sizes between brands and models of tires which have this size formatting. As the manufacturers only provide the tire width and the rim diameter with these tires, various brands and models will have size differences. In order to ensure the correct size is purchased, the overall tire diameter that is needed should be checked.

The Overall Diameter or O.D. advertised represents the tire's overall diameter in inches, once the tire has been properly inflated and mounted per the manufacturer's recommendation. This advertised number is provided to Priority Tire by the tire manufacturer.

Manufacturers recommend changing tires every 10 years. As long as tires are properly stored before they are sold, the year of their manufacture will not shorten their service life.
