Attention! Due to the size of the tires, Packages might be SEPARATED in the courier facility and not be DELIVERED on the SAME DAY, even though we do ship them together. Tracking information can be checked by logging on to the courier website with the master tracking number you will receive via email. For example, you can receive 3 tires in one day and the 4th one the next day or the day after, or one tire in one day and the second one day after. We understand that this is a big inconvenience for our buyers, however, this is ABSOLUTELY out of our control.

• A liftgate to help unload the Item can be included for FREE with the LTL-Freight vehicle for delivery.
• Orders requiring LTL-Freight shipping will be shipped out within 3 business days after a valid address has been provided and verified.
• Changes (address corrections, cancellations etc.) after an order has been shipped are NOT available and the Customer will incur any associated costs for forced changes.

OVERVIEW

The Yokohama TY517 MC2 is a highway terrain, all season tire manufactured for commercial vehicles. This model was designed for drive axles.

The tire increases its fuel efficiency. The special advanced compound decreases the tire’s rolling resistance by utilizing pressure-resistant rubber materials. This eases the pressure off the tire, preventing heat build-up along the tread area. In this manner, the tire is able to effectively minimize rolling resistance, which is the pressure that determines the vehicle’s needed fuel intake levels. Lowering rolling resistance lessens the vehicle’s fuel consumption and CO2 emissions, providing better fuel economy.

On the other hand, the optimized tread elements greatly lengthen the tire’s usability. The solid outer shoulder rib works with the large circumferential grooves and the tapered center groove in order to ensure even pressure circulation along the footprint. This is ensured, as these elements prevent tread flexing and combat irregular wear as a result. The deeper starting tread depth also enhances the tire’s overall usability by decreasing the tread wear rate.
