BEHR Multi-Surface Primer & Sealer is excellent for stain-blocking, adhesion and sealing of interior/exterior surfaces. This versatile water-based primer resists medium to heavy stains, and can even be used on metal, aluminum and to cover old oil-based paint. It has a low odour, low VOC formula and is tintable to allow for dramatic color changes.
